1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "stk88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to stk88 and its internationally licensed operating entity, accessible at https://stk88.cam.
• "User", "you", "your", "Member", "Player" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the stk88 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the stk88 platform.
• "Balance" — the total Rupiah-denominated funds held within a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, bonus credits (where applicable), and retained winnings.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by stk88 to a User, subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other eligible market available on the stk88 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by stk88 before processing withdrawal requests or upon reasonable request by the platform's compliance team.
• "IDR" / "Rp" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used for all financial transactions on stk88.
• "Services" — collectively, all betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, customer support, and platform features provided by stk88.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their current version as displayed on this page.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the stk88 website, registering an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the stk88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are required to cease all use of the stk88 platform immediately and close your Account if one has already been created.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. stk88 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The stk88 platform is operated for and marketed to players located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from Indonesia and that such access does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed through stk88 may not register or hold an Account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on stk88. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, false identity, or fictitious payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify stk88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. stk88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on stk88 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). stk88 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any conversion from a foreign currency to IDR remains the responsibility of the payment provider and is not administered by stk88.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

stk88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. The following provisions apply:

5.1 Mandatory Verification Before Withdrawal

All Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. Verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, or valid passport);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet in your name);
• A clear, recent selfie holding the submitted ID document, where required by our compliance team.

5.2 Ongoing Verification

stk88 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time, including in cases where unusual account activity is detected, where a change of payment method is requested, or where cumulative withdrawals exceed thresholds set by our compliance department.

5.3 Verification Timelines

stk88 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests are placed in a pending state during the review period. stk88 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

stk88 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all in Indonesian Rupiah:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction, unless otherwise specified at the time of a particular promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated at the payment stage.

6.3 Processing Time

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are ordinarily credited to the User's Account balance within 1–5 minutes of a confirmed payment. Delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider are outside stk88's control.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

Funds deposited to stk88 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where operationally practicable, less any applicable bank fees.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered stk88 Account. KYC verification (Section 5) must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Contact support for current limits applicable to your Account tier.

7.3 Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business session. In exceptional compliance circumstances, processing may take up to 3 business days.

7.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

stk88 applies a withdrawal method matching policy: withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Where the original method is unavailable, our support team will coordinate an alternative within the KYC-verified methods on record for your Account.

7.5 Bonus-Derived Funds

Withdrawals of funds arising from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus portion; the real-money balance remains available for withdrawal.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the stk88 platform are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least 10 times the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For mix parlay bets, each selection within the accumulator must carry minimum odds of 1.50 for the bet to qualify towards wagering requirements.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

stk88 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus credits and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinating with other Users to arbitrage promotional offers.

8.4 Promotional Modifications

stk88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time where continued operation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable or where its terms have been systematically exploited. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to affected Users.

8.5 Seasonal Promotions

stk88 regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with major sporting calendars and Indonesian cultural events. These promotions carry their own individual terms and are separate from standard welcome or reload bonuses.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the stk88 platform are subject to stk88's market-specific betting rules. stk88 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

9.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. stk88 does not guarantee that a particular price will remain available for any given duration.

9.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided (stakes returned) in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond stk88's re-scheduling threshold, or where it is determined that the odds were published in error. For mix parlay accumulators, a voided selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining selections rather than voiding the entire bet slip, unless only one selection remains (in which case the bet is settled as a single).

9.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay between selection and confirmation during which odds may change. If odds change materially before confirmation, the User will be offered the updated odds and may accept or decline before the bet is placed.

9.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Account per day. Current payout limits are displayed within the relevant markets and may vary by sport and bet type. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout threshold will be capped at the applicable limit.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the stk88 platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate odds, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (see Section 4.1);
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the stk88 platform for any money-laundering purpose;
• Providing false identity documentation or impersonating another individual during KYC verification;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing stk88 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the stk88 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of stk88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial use of any stk88 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

stk88 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain uninterrupted platform access. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. stk88 shall not be liable for losses arising from unplanned downtime, connectivity failures, or force majeure events.

12.2 Betting Losses

stk88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through wagering. All betting and gaming activity on the platform involves financial risk and Users participate at their own discretion.

12.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stk88's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Consequential Loss

stk88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by stk88

stk88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (b) the User is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) a duplicate Account is identified; or (d) any material misrepresentation in the registration process is discovered.

13.2 Closure by User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting stk88 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to the User's KYC-verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the stk88 Responsible Gaming page for the full self-exclusion procedure. Self-exclusion requests are processed on a priority basis and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

stk88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described therein. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of legally mandated disclosures and the operational partners required to deliver our Services (e.g., payment processors and KYC verification providers).

15 Amendments to These Terms

stk88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notification on the platform and, where operationally practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to each active Account.

Your continued use of the stk88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which stk88 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to you as a consumer under Indonesian law.

16.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, Users are encouraged to contact stk88 customer support in the first instance so that a resolution may be sought informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 5–10 business days.

16.3 Formal Arbitration

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a formal written complaint being submitted to [email protected], either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
